1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Indrlabs are reference compounds intended strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or foods, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic, diagnostic, or any in-vivo use. By purchasing, you agree to use all products solely for lawful in-vitro research by qualified personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting.

2. Eligibility & Representations

You represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or an authorized representative of a research institution or business, and that the credentials you submit for verification are true and accurate. Indrlabs may decline or revoke access at its sole discretion.

3. No Medical or Outcome Claims

Indrlabs makes no representation that any product is safe or effective for any human or animal use. No information provided constitutes medical, therapeutic, or dosing guidance.

4. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You assume all risk arising from your purchase, handling, storage, and use of any product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indrlabs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Products are provided without warranties of any kind beyond the stated identity and purity (sold “as is”).

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indrlabs and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use, misuse, or distribution of any product, or your breach of these Terms, including any human or in-vivo use.

These Terms are subject to change and are governed by applicable law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
