Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed only after account verification is complete and payment has cleared. Orders typically ship within a few business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Destinations
Products are shipped only to verified researchers and institutions. Indrlabs may restrict shipment of certain products to certain jurisdictions and may require a valid institutional or business shipping address. We do not ship to any destination where such products are prohibited.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Handling
Products are for laboratory research use only and must be received and handled by qualified personnel.
