Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research reagents and the inability to verify storage and handling conditions once a product has left our facility, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation and the order and lot numbers. Approved claims are resolved by replacement of the affected item at our discretion.

No Refunds for Misuse

No refund or replacement will be issued for products that have been mishandled, improperly stored, used in violation of these policies, or used for any purpose other than laboratory research.

Refund Method

Where a refund is expressly approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Indr Labs reserves the right to decline refunds at its discretion consistent with this policy.
