Recovery & Repair · 10mg/10mg combo vial
BPC-157 / TB-500 Combo
This combination delivers BPC-157 and Thymosin Beta-4 (TB-500) together. BPC-157 drives localized healing and protects the gut. TB-500 acts systemically — it promotes actin polymerization (critical for cell migration into injured tissue), reduces inflammation, and supports cardiac and skeletal muscle repair. Together they cover both local and systemic recovery.
Concentration reference
Standard mix: combo vial + 2mL BAC water = 5mg/mL BPC-157 + 5mg/mL TB-500. Each 0.1mL = 500mcg of each compound simultaneously.
Dosing schedule
| Phase / Use | Dose | Draw Volume | Frequency | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Loading — Week 1–4 | 500mcg each | 0.1mL (10 IU) | Twice weekly | Establish tissue saturation — loading phase |
| Maintenance — Week 5+ | 500mcg each | 0.1mL (10 IU) | Once weekly | Ongoing repair support |
| Acute Injury | 500mcg each | 0.1mL (10 IU) | Daily x 5–7 days | High-priority repair — then drop to maintenance |
| Preventive | 250mcg each | 0.05mL (5 IU) | Once weekly | Maintenance / injury prevention protocol |

Warnings
- ⚠Do not inject directly into a joint — subcutaneous near the joint is the appropriate method
- ⚠TB-500 has been shown in some studies to have mild blood pressure effects at very high doses — standard research doses are well within safe parameters
Tips
- ✔The loading phase (twice weekly for 4 weeks) is important — do not skip straight to maintenance dosing
- ✔The combo vial means only one needle draw needed — simplifies the protocol significantly
