BPC-157

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157) is a pentadecapeptide that promotes healing by stimulating angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), upregulating growth hormone receptors in injured tissue, and protecting the gut lining. It is one of the most versatile and widely researched healing peptides.

Concentration reference

Standard mix: 10mg vial + 2mL BAC water = 5mg/mL. Each 0.1mL (10 IU) = 500mcg.

On insulin syringe

U-100 insulin syringe: 1 mL = 100 IU. Calculation for research reference only.

Injection sites

For systemic: abdomen. For localized: inject subcutaneously as close to the target tissue (tendon, joint, muscle) as possible without direct intra-articular injection.

Timing

Morning and/or evening, 30 min before eating for best absorption. Localized injections can be timed any time of day.

Cycle length

4–6 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Acute injury protocols: 6–8 weeks continuous. Can run longer cycles with periodic breaks.

Stacking

Pairs excellently with TB-500 (the combo vial combines both). Some protocols add GHK-Cu for enhanced collagen synthesis.

Warnings

  • Do not inject directly into a joint space — subcutaneous adjacent to the joint is the appropriate technique
  • If using for gut health, oral route is preferred over injection for GI tract targeting

Tips

  • BPC-157 is the most beginner-friendly peptide — stable, easy to mix, minimal sensitivity
  • For sports injury research, combining local + systemic dosing (250mcg near site + 250mcg abdomen) is a commonly used dual approach
